Encinitas ends the use of neonicitinoids on public property

Encinitas stopped using the pesticides that are killing the bees in September. We are now working on getting all pesticides removed. With more of an emphasis on repelling the creepy crawlies than eradicating them. There are a wide variety of non toxic repellents that work just fine.
